As Managing Director and head of Account Services, Tim is active in managing all client relationships, ensuring every customer and campaign receives the service that Wasabi Rabbit stands for. Tim also leads high-level strategy development, supervises our Account Supervisors, Account Executives and Account Coordinators, works directly with clients, and provides input on all agency creative and media planning. He is relentlessly focused on delivering innovative solutions within our clients’ business objectives. Prior to joining Wasabi Rabbit, Tim served in account leadership positions at both traditional and digital agencies, helping to launch and grow brands and products in a wide variety of industries. His past experience includes developing TV, radio, and outdoor campaigns for leading hospitals and healthcare organizations, building online strategies and viral campaigns for Fortune 500 companies and launching financial industry startups.
